A Hard Look In the Mirror

In 2009, Wyoming Bearing & Supply took a hard look in the mirror and asked ourselves what more we could do. After-all, how can a company promote proper efficiency gains without first taking action.  Below are a few of the recent actions we took as a company.

· Complete remodel of our interior to minimize heating and cooling square footage needed in office space.

· Installation of new warehouse heating system with significantly higher efficiency.

· Cleanup of outside areas including improved landscaping and drainage.

· Installation of additional Insulation, new doors.

· Utilization of Skylights in both warehouse and office to reduce lighting demand

· Company recycling program for paper, metal, glass and other recyclable materials.

· Transportation review of fleet vehicles and change to more economical equipment.

· Employee review and training of proper handling and disposal of oil, grease and lubrication materials.
